Dues (Assessments)
DUES HAVE BEEN ASSESSED FOR 2017-2018 The Crossing at Kenberg assesses Dues in June of each year and they are due by September 30. Current assessment amount is $175 with a discount of $25 if paid by August 15. THE DISCOUNT DATE HAS PASSED FOR DUES. Dues are late starting October 1. Creditcards are accepted. 3.75% + $.15 is charged on total amount paid) Currently, creditcards can be taken by phone or in person at the POA office. *We offer a payment plan to all property owners that are past due on their assessments, provided they have not defaulted on a payment plan in the previous 18 months.* |
